Friday's run = easyish 1.75
Sat/Su - no running = BAD IDEA
Monday's Run - 2.5 mi - hard. don't eat pretzels and drink a lot of water!!
Tuesday = 2.32
not bad.
Also, how do we feel about 2-a-days? I feel pretty good.. yesterday pt. 2 was ZUMBA with Alison. She's my favorite!
